I exercise regularly (I row) and try to watch what I eat, but I cannot seem to lose very much weight. If anything, I have reached a plateau. I would like to lose about 20 pounds before June. Is this possible? What is a good way to loseĀ weight in a short amount of time. I weigh 200 lbs.
